"You know you are providing value, when your customers call you back for more work and refer you to others".

Tool Time will beat written bids from any other licensed contractor with current liability insurance and workmen's compensation insurance for its employees.

Tool Time's rate is $95/hour. We are a licensed, bonded and insured General Contractor.  You are charged from the time we start the job until we complete it.  You will be provided with an estimate of the hours, but it may actually take more or less time.   Pricing by the job, or fixed pricing, is also available.

We have a one hour minimum charge.

Our rates our very competitive with other licensed and insured Handyman businesses. We carry $1,000,000 in liability insurance, workmen's compensation insurance and we have a General Contractors license.

We have a one hour minimum charge and then charge in 15 minute increments from that point forward.  No job is too small.  Small repairs are a necessary part of the Handyman business.

Why is liability insurance important? It protects you in the event that the handyman causes damage to your house while making repairs or improvements.

Why is workmen's compensation insurance important? It protects you in the event that the handyman gets hurt on the job.

Why is a contractors license important? By state law a handyman without a contractors license cannot perform jobs greater than $500 including the cost of the materials.  A handyman without a contractors license can not get liability insurance to cover jobs that are greater than $500. If an unlicensed handyman causes damage to your house, your insurance company will not cover the repair costs if they can prove that the individual that made the repairs was unlicensed or the repairs exceeded $500.

While it may seem attractive to hire an unlicensed and uninsured handyman because of the lower rate, the risks far out weigh the benefits.

Tool Time accepts personal checks, Visa, Master Card, American Express, Discover and PayPal.
