Judy Henson Replaced rotted 2 x 12 joists on back deck. Replaced rotted deck planks. Replaced warped and cracked hand rail. Pressure washed deck. Installed new siding and trim on side of wooden chimney's then caulked and painted. Built 35 foot long retaining wall 4 feet high out of pressure treated Douglas Fir. Put down new gravel on path next to retaining wall. Replaced two rotted sections of 5 foot retaining wall with 2 x 12 pressure treated Douglas Fir. Painted 150 feet of 5 foot high retaining wall. Cut section of cement walkway to run sprinkler control wires. Re-cemented walkway.

Cynthia Ringo Removed vanities, medicine cabinets, mirrors, lights, linoleum, and vinyl base trim from both bathrooms. Took all rubbish to the dump. Installed new vanity, countertop, faucet, medicine cabinet and light fixture in guest bathroom. Hooked up plumbing under sink. Caulked counter top. Patched hole in the wall left by old medicine cabinet.

Replaced drain pipes under sink in guest bathroom to fix leak. Patched walls in Master Bathroom and textured. Installed new light fixture. Installed vanity. Installed integrated sink/countertop. Installed new faucet. hooked up plumbing under sink. Installed new medicine cabinet. Went to Home Depot to pick up more supplies. Caulked countertop and vanity to walls. Lifted toilet off floor and removed linoleum that was underneath it. Re-attached toilet. Installed new flapper valve in toilet to prevent run on. Installed new white plastic caps on toilet hold down nuts. Fixed leak on shower head. Installed new wood strip on door jam in Master Bath. Puttied door casing edges. Installed three new dimmer switches in hallways. Installed new door stopper on guest bathroom door. Removed all window blinds. Cut up and removed base platform that was under couch. Loaded truck with second load of rubbish.

Puttied bottom of master bathroom door, puttied bottom of door casings where they were worn. Puttied corners of walls. Puttied holes in walls. Removed furnace access cover, inspected and puttied ceiling. Replaced round dimmer switch with slider style.

Sanded putty on bottom of master bathroom door. Sanded putty on door casings. Sanded all patches made to sheet rock. Textured all sheet rock patches. Reinstalled furnace access panel.

Remounted both toilets in bathrooms, caulked toilets to floor, mounted toilet roll holder in guest bathroom, mounted towel bar in master bathroom, fixed leaky shower head, mounted two metal shelves above both toilets, put up new window blinds, moved book shelving into office, mounted mirror on office wall, mounted new dining room light to ceiling, mounted pot holder to kitchen wall, removed wall mounted TV and TV mounting bracket.

Carole Rado Picked up materials for gates at Home Depot. Cut, leveled and mounted vertical hinge support boards to house with 3/8" lag bolts and stucco lags. Cut, leveled and mounted vertical latch support boards to fence with 3" deck screws. Built gate closest to side garage door. Stacked wood on side yard. Fixed loose gate latch on existing gate with longer deck screws.  Finished building both side gates and hung them. Installed latches and pull wires on both gates. Installed gate stop to prevent latches from being pulled out of the wood in case gates are slammed closed by the wind. Installed longer screws in latch. Installed new latch pull wire and fastened bottom of gate back together where it was coming apart.  Dug hole and cemented in post gate post for front gate. Put up flag pole holders above garage. Built fence frame in back yard to close off spa area. Finished building fence. Built and hung gate.  Loaded scrap wood into utility trailer and took to dump. Took measurements of dog cage. Mounted roof panels on top of dog cage. Cleaned out area around ATV. Removed one section of fence. Removed old hinges. Removed broken hose reel. Cut off PVC riser so it wouldn't hit bottom of gate. Made two new gates for shed area. Hung gates. Took away scrap wood, corrugated roofing and old gate. Put brace across top of gate in back yard to keep post from leaning over and causing gate to rub. Built lean-to frame and installed corrugated foam strips and plastic rails in preparation for clear plastic corrugated roofing. Installed corrugated roofing on Lean-to. Installed sheet metal flashing on shed where corrugated roofing butts in to side of shed. Dug hole and poured cement for gate stop. Installed gate stop hardware on gate. Carolerado@aol.com
