- Hello Eric, I contacted you several months ago regarding a leak in our sunroom where the glass ceiling panes meet the roof line. I had not had any luck in finding someone who was willing or able to repair the leak. You came out to our house and studied the problem and determined the leak was from the roof, not the sunroom. You graciously contacted Los Gatos Roofing for me and convinced them to take on the task. It has taken them a couple of visits, but it seems they've finally solved the problem. Thank you so much for your help with solving that problem. I really appreciate your kindness and willingness to help. Now I have a couple of handyman jobs that I need help with. - Hi Eric, I dropped a check in the mail yesterday for this, thanks! And thank you for doing a great job, the guy you sent out was great. (I think his name was Shane?) I have 1 additional quick, small project I'm hoping you guys can help with too. I just had two pretty heavy mirrors delivered that I need to have hung evenly above my fireplace. It's going to require lining up some screws or bolts evenly for both of them, and hanging them side by side, centered, spaced equally apart, etc. Is that something you guys can help with? - Hi Eric, The check is our mailbox to go with the mailman today. I wanted to thank you for the great work that was done at our house. We will definitely call you for future work. Your plumber (sorry, forgot his name!) had some great ideas for redoing our little master bath. As soon as everything is functional in this house we'll go for beautifying next! - Hello Eric, I have paid the invoice via paypal of the amount $89.00 (see below). Lastly, I just want to provide some feedback on the service. Shane did a great job in helping me install some exercise equipment in my garage. He was fast and efficient and even offered to fill the hour with other tasks which I gladly took him up on. He was personable, professional, courteous, and did an all around outstanding job.

- Hi Eric, I just wanted to thank you and George for the great work you've done for us. The bathroom fan works perfectly and George did a fantastic job on the gutter installation and wall patching/painting.
